YOUTH & EDUCATION
It takes a village to raise a child and the village includes city leadership. Kismet Loftin-Bell has a vision for how to prepare our children for the modern world. Schools should enhance and strengthen our communities and recreational centers should offer a safe haven for our youth. As crime continues to rise in the East Ward youth outreach is on the decline.
